In your jug were the juice is going to be drained into, place a few tubes of ice.
What you need is a piece of ginger 2cm long.
Apples 6 medium size.
Lemon small ,do not peel the lemon just cut it in 4 pieces and juice every thing.
Then you need 4 carrots.
To end off just pore a half a glass water into the machine to rinse it.
Now you just sit down and relax and enjoy.
